Wednesday For The Win!

Okay so it's the middle of the work week and I want to get us over the hump by sharing our wins. Doesn't matter how big the wins are, remember it's the small wins that make the big wins count! What wins have you had since last Wednesday? How did you celebrate yourself?
Some wins I like to share is I'm 60 days in with my health journey of consistently strength training, cardio, and making healthier eating choices.
If y'all knew how much I don't like strength training then you'll know why these is big for me. I'll walk, run all day but lifting and building..😩 Get somebody else to do it has been my past energy. Although I've realized because I've never saw the results as fast as when I do cardio, I'd just let it go.
However I'm 40 and they say this is the best time to build muscle before premenopause. I also want to see my body at it's fullest potential, both visually and physically. I've never had a six pack or or toned anything on my body so Yaaaassss!!! I'm ready. I can already see it in my 🍑 😌
