7 Day Social Media Cleanse Challenge

So I've been on a 7 day social media cleanse challenge. I'm currently on Day 4. I used this app called Screen Zen that regulates your time on social media based on your preferences. Right now it's 15 minutes 5 times a day on each app that I used. Idk if after this 7 day challenge I'll keep it at 15min but it has been instrumental on regulating my anxiety.


My Take Aways So Far:

  1. My attention span is longer

  2. I'm not as restless

  3. I've had time to work on other things

  4. I've gained some creative clarity.
