I know Mondays are typically seen as getting back to the rat race! So we're reluctantly getting up to begin this work week but what if we changed our perspective or perception of Mondays.

Maybe instead of jumping right back on the saddle, we ease our way into the week. Starting with Monday being a light day. Don't put so much on your agenda to complete on Monday. Let Mondays be the day where you protect your peace and tune into your inner needs. Be intentional, take your time, don't rush into making decisions or action.

My age doesn’t define my worth or value. I’m growing wiser as I grow older. As I age I feel more beautiful and confident. I’m grateful that The Most High (substitute with God, Universe etc) has allowed me to keep aging. I am mentally, physically and spiritually well.
