Saturday Creates Structure
I know Saturday is the day we've been waiting on all work and school week. "So why on earth do I want to create some type of structure. I wanna relax". I get it, however it's also the time to get to things we couldn't due to our busy work week.
Plus this structure is centered around you and it's going to help you be able to have more time to relax. Contrary to popular belief, planning, organizing, scheduling, and structure allows us to have more time to be free to do what we want. Imagine your work week not feeling like such a work week.
Saturday is represented by Saturn and Saudi is all about structure, discipline, and responsibility. So today dedicate to doing something responsible, disciplined before having fun. Do that laundry. Finally take those old clothes to the Goodwill and stop riding around with them in your trunk.
But for today's homework I want us to take 30 to an hour to plan our week. For each day have no more than 3 to-do's as priority on your list. Just 3. I'm going to check in towards the middle of the week to see how we're coming along.
