I'm giving thanks for seeing another year, still with enthusiasm despite the challenges that I struggled with, and I address those challenges in Why Am I Selfish?...(go ahead and click the link and tell me your thoughts). In this episode of Being Bella Minded I speak on my expectations of what I thought turning 40 is supposed to be versus what it was. Did I set myself up for unrealistic expectations? Was I illusioned of this 40 year chapter based on outside influences?
