Practice letting go!

Grand Rising!!!

We recently had a Full Moon in Scorpio and if you aren't aware, Full moons are great for releasing and clearing. However it's still not too late to clear and release energy that hinder are growth or connection with our authentic self.

Check out this Burn and Release self care ritual I did for Limiting beliefs. https://www.bellaminded.com/post/self-care-ritual-burn-release-letting-go-of-limiting-beliefs-about-aging-as-a-black-woman

Replace or customize the intentions and affirmations with what resonates with you and what limiting beliefs you're trying to rid.

Once you practice this ritual you will feel an energy shift. Lean into that feeling and if you don't, then try it again the next day. Make sure you take the time to set your intentions and take a moment of silence to allow your intentions to resonate with you. You could even try 5 to 10 minutes of meditation.

Saturday is For Structure

So what are the plans for Saturday? Since it's mother's day weekend, I think I'm going to structure in some much needed meditation and journaling. I may even try some yoga.

Being a mother is an all year around responsibility. Being the nurturer, giver, teacher, advisor, comforter.. it can be draining if you aren't consistently giving yourself the room to pour into you.

Allow yourself the time and ability to de-stress and take off the mom hat for a moment and be ..you.

Check out this Burn and Release ritual I made for releasing limited beliefs. Remember you can change and customize the affirmations and intentions to fit what's no longer serving you and what you need to de-stress.

MOON MONDAY

The moon represents our feelings, emotions, intuition.. the feminine and nurturing side of our personality.

I know Mondays are typically seen as getting back to the rat race! So we're reluctantly getting up to begin this work week but what if we changed our perspective or perception of Mondays.

Maybe instead of jumping right back on the saddle, we ease our way into the week. Starting with Monday being a light day. Don't put so much on your agenda to complete on Monday. Let Mondays be the day where you protect your peace and tune into your inner needs. Be intentional, take your time, don't rush into making decisions or action.

Feminine energy is all about being, flowing, and allowing. Honor that today and on behalf of me coming out with my Feminine Energy Companion Workbook I wanted to share this latest blog post.

Peace & Blessings

Sunday Self-Care

Of course Sunday is represented by the Sun. The sun represents vitality, energy, renewal, and sense of self, among other things.

Take it easy and chill out. This is the time to renew and reflect on our sense of self.

Take a long bath, light a candle, sip on some tea or wine.

Peaceful Nights to you all with Love

Saturday Creates Structure

I know Saturday is the day we've been waiting on all work and school week. "So why on earth do I want to create some type of structure. I wanna relax". I get it, however it's also the time to get to things we couldn't due to our busy work week.

Plus this structure is centered around you and it's going to help you be able to have more time to relax. Contrary to popular belief, planning, organizing, scheduling, and structure allows us to have more time to be free to do what we want. Imagine your work week not feeling like such a work week.

Saturday is represented by Saturn and Saudi is all about structure, discipline, and responsibility. So today dedicate to doing something responsible, disciplined before having fun. Do that laundry. Finally take those old clothes to the Goodwill and stop riding around with them in your…

Friday Femininity

Friday is represented by the planet Venus. Venus represents beauty, love, harmony, relationships. It also symbolizes how we express our desires, and how we attract others.

So why not make this a day when we express our femininity through our sensuality. One way to build our confidence as black women is to allow ourselves to be in the moment when it comes to our beauty, our self-love.

I had a recent conversation about being attractive as a black woman and how it's less about your physicality and more with your aura, sensuality. It's in you not on you. And it only projects outwardly. That's where our femininity as women come in to play.

It's not the clothes or lack thereof. It's not the hair, the makeup. It's the love, confidence, and vulnerability that you express outwardly.
